It really was big!
As promised, the 2009 4WD Caravan Camping & Marine Show delivered three days of great entertainment to the droves of people that descended on Lismore.
Despite rain deterring the crowds on Friday, July 10, over 15,000 spectators made their way through the gates at the Lismore Showground over the weekend – a record crowd for the biggest show yet!
The showground was packed with fascinating exhibitors from a range of industries, and entertainers pitched in with cooking demonstrations, live music and other amusing performances. There was never a dull moment.
As kids smiled from underneath painted faces, exhibitors and organisers smiled because of the success of the show. As the event drew to a close, raffles and lucky door prizes were drawn, making unsuspecting individuals very happy. Michael Smith was one of those individuals– the lucky man took home the Quintrex Traveller Tinny courtesy of Watson’s Marine Lismore.
