The Leyland Brothers, Ken James and more!
Alongside the hours of awesome entertainment, 2009 brought some famous faces to the 4WD Caravan, Camping & Marine Show.
One couple who really knew their way around the outback was Mal Leyland and his lovely wife Lorraine. They were there talking to the crowds and selling the renowned Leyland Brothers DVDs and Lorraine’s "Food for the Road" cookbook.
Along at the Eco Pot cooking stand you would have come face to face with the cooking skills of Ken James. The Aussie actor loves to cook. Over the years he has been a regular beside Bert Newton and a celebrity chef on numerous TV shows (a long way from the beloved Skippy program). Ken attended the Show to demonstrate how to cook up a storm using the Eco Pot
If you love to fish, you probably would have got along to see Hodgie the Barefoot Fisherman - one of the world's best casting experts. As well as Hodgie, there was heaps of exhibitors showcasing the latest in rods, hooks, lines and sinkers. And, the Yamaha Fishing Tank was there to give you a view below the surface.
For the music lovers, you couldn't go past the music of Juzzie Smith. Yes, that was one man making all that noise!
