When it comes to feeding the family with food that is healthy for both the body and the wallet, these girls know what they’re talking about. Whilst still riding the success of their best-selling recipe books and cooking show on the Lifestyle Channel, Kim McCosker and Rachael Bermingham came to cook with just 4 ingredients when they popped into Lismore for the 2009 4WD Caravan, Camping & Marine Show. These busy business women/mothers understand the time constraints that today’s men and women face when it comes to the kitchen. So they were keen to share their tips with the crowds and put on a range of cooking demonstrations. This inspired many to try the Great East Coast Camp Oven Cook Off. And, Kim and Rachael helped judge the competition.
